Service Description

On the basis of your Professional Empowerment Intake session, we collaboratively design your professional empowerment process roadmap. Generally, this involves creating an intermittent consultation schedule to provide periodic review of your progress. You always have the option of booking separate consultation sessions on an as-needed basis. Ongoing consultation further serve as an opportunity for clients to address any developments that arise after you have completed your training program. Addressing emerging developments related to areas such as leadership, autonomy, decision-making, negotiation and networking and relationship building, can include mentalization-informed professional performance skills for interacting with people who: - come from various sociocultural backgrounds - are your coworkers, manager, or direct reports - are prospects or clients - who appear to have a personality disorder - Etc.
