CAToM offers tailored training programmes and in person and virtual workshops that help organizations strengthen leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision-making through the CAToM Framework. Depending on your organization's goals, programmes may focus on specific mentalization competencies or on applying the framework to broader organizational challenges such as leadership development, team effectiveness, conflict, cultural diversity, or organizational change. Every programme is designed to reflect the unique context, objectives, and needs of your organization.
Duration: Each Master takes one full day onsite and requires approximately six hours of online preparation time.
Focus: Each Master offers a specialized, high-level training program designed to provide in-depth expertise and advanced skills in one of the mentalization levels.
Who it's for: Mentalization Masters are ideal for individuals seeking foundational knowledge and experience in mentalization and aiming to refine their skills to a mastery level.
