ONLINE COURSES
Practice at Your Own Pace
Courses that guide. Exercises that stick.
CAToM's online courses are self-paced and accessible for a period of twelve months from date of enrollment.
Each module includes:
-
training videos based on select content from the Mastering Mentalization Series
-
interactive theory exercises, based on the training videos, that provide key takeaways to improve memorizing the course material
-
a self-review of inventory results (only for clients who have completed the inventory)
-
a self-developed learning plan (clients who have not completed the inventory base their learning plan on the theoretical sections of the course)
-
downloadable observation exercises that include real-world observation training
-
downloadable practice exercises that include real-world practice training
-
subject relevant excerpts from the Mastering Mentalization Series
-
a self-review of your learning progress based on your self-developed learning plan
Supplemental course materials are made available as required.
A mentalization course self-evaluation exercise is provided at the end of the course which can be discussed with the trainer by booking a consultation.
Although it is not mandatory, we recommend signing up for the related inventory first as it sets a strong baseline to measure your learning gain at the end of the course.
We recommend taking the courses in sequence, even though you can choose any of them to start with. We understand that clients sometimes only want to focus on one specific aspect, oftentimes a decision based upon the inventory outcomes.
As mentalization is a co-creative, interpersonal endeavor, we invite you to share your experiences and questions in our consultation sessions for more personalized guidance.
