CAToM offers training sessions, workshops and webinars focused on various aspects of mentalization. Depending on the needs of the group or individual, we may concentrate on a specific level of mentalizing or explore the broader dynamics across personal and professional challenges. All programs are thoughtfully tailored to fit diverse environments and goals.
Duration: Each Master takes one full day onsite and requires approximately six hours of online preparation time.
Focus: Each Master offers a specialized, high-level training program designed to provide in-depth expertise and advanced skills in one of the mentalization levels.
Who it's for: Mentalization Masters are ideal for individuals seeking foundational knowledge and experience in mentalization and aiming to refine their skills to a mastery level.
